Suzie Vinnick, Rick Fines, & Miche Pouliot Greater Boston Tour
Well, everyone, before there was a colloboration with any hospital, there was the hope that musical collaborations could one day lead to fundraising. Kicking off all of our musical ventures was a tour of this area by a/cdwhite/beth.html">Beth Ferguson , Suzie Vinnick and Rick Fines. A few phone calls to Suzie in the autumn of '96 led to Suzie and Rick teaming up with drummer extraordinare Miche Pouliot on a week's venture to Waltham for a little radio and gigging. Yea, verily, although the first "major" concert had sooo many attendees disguised as empty seats, by the end of the week, plans were underway for the 2nd "Annual" event! The support of Rick, Suzie, and Miche that first weekend was immeasurable. Thanks ! And don't forget John Lincoln Wright and the Sourmash boys for their performing and welcoming of our Canadian contingent. The first auditorium concert was MC'ed by Bob Cannon, who became our perennial host.
